The Labour Party Conference

Russell Group Students' Unions Officers joined policy makers and politicians at The Labour Party Conference in Liverpool to explore widening access, the burden of tuition fees, improving maintaince support and the value of international students and universities.

The panel was chaired by Favour Alexander Samuel, President of University of Nottingham Students'​ Union and was joined by an expert panel including:


- Nicholas Hillman OBE - Director of Higher Education Policy Institute
- Professor Duncan Ivison, FAHA FRSN, is President and Vice-Chancellor of The University of Manchester
- Steve O'Neil, Head of Public Affairs UCL
